Andrew Davis

When I was 12, I visited a family friend at his job running a graphic design studio in Dayton, Ohio. And that was it. I knew then and there, that I wanted to do what he did. Solve hard problems, create beautiful, elegant solutions. Since then, I've learned a few things. How to make a stellar pitch. Why taste matters. When to push and when to back off and let an great idea rise up. How to balance my life and work. How to be a great team member. 

As an award-winning creative director with experience in digital, design, and advertising, I’ve led creative efforts on behalf of clients including Google, Microsoft, Slingbox and many more.  I’m a curious and strategic collaborator, who remains calm and keeps an eye on the big picture no matter what. I’m comfortable with everything from strategy to design through delivery. In the end, I’m focused on customer action, project success and supporting the people around me. I just want to make great, impactful stuff and have a good time doing it. 

Outside the office, I am a father of two amazing children, and husband to a very artistic wife. I 'm a committed fencer and compete regularly. I play RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons and have a woodshop where I'm building a teardrop trailer.  I read voraciously and, most of all, I strive to get better at most everything.
