Slingbox
Before there was “streaming,” there was Slingbox. Established about 1998, they essentially invented live-tv over the internet via standalone hardware. We developed the “If it’s on your tv, it’s on” positioning and moved from a purely sports radio strategy, adding digital and experiential tactics. I also worked with them on their website, packaging, identity, events and more. Essentially, we became an embedded and trusted part of their marketing team.
We created a lot of banners. A lot. Over three years, something like 150 banners were created, optimized and run. In general, they had a very good response rate.
